ArtixScan F1

SilverFast gets the best out of your ArtixScan F1. Use our IFF+Engine (Intelligent Frame Finding) to automatically find the frames of your photos lying on the flatbed.
The F1 is on the market as the successor of the i900 since 2007 and belongs to the Microtek ArtixScan series. This series aims to meet the high professional standards of arts, media and design industry and is therefore equipped with high quality technique.

Due to its transparency unit the Microtek ArtixScan F1 is suitable as a scanner for slides, film strips, nagatives, medium and large formats, documents and photographs. This makes it an extremely versatile scanner. The device contains an auto-focus technology, which ensures accurate scan results, even when scanning without glass slides. You can increase the scanner’s dynamic range and minimize image noise using SilverFast Multi-Exposure. This will capture more details, especially in dark areas. The Microtek ArtixScan F1 Pro already includes SilverFast Ai Studio, so that users can quickly and effectively achieve the best results.

With the optionally available Archive Suite (a combination of SilverFast Ai Studio and SilverFast HDR Studio) it is also possible to make RAW scans, in order to do the processing later in the HDR software. With the option to scan films in the HDRi format you have the possibility, to use the information of the infrared channel in an optimal way in the postprocessing. For the professional use it is recommended by all means to use the Archive Suite.
